Preparation:
Cut open the box and drain any excess fluid. Chop into chunks. Tofu is ready to eat and does not have to be cooked, but can be cooked as per meat: simply fry in a pan for a few minutes.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate unused portions in an airtight container and use within 2 days. Remove from package before freezing or microwaving.
