Each mattress is handmade to order and features 2400 heavy duty pocketed spring units to produce the ‘Super Firm’ feel advertised. Each spring moves individually which prevents movement across the bed allowing your partner to continue sleeping undisturbed.

This unique design consists of 2400 thick springs in a ‘double decker’ structure providing the customer with extra firmness achieved by no other mattress on the market! A bonding sheet is glued to the top and bottom of the pocket sprung units providing further solidity and adding firmness. The quality of the filling inside of the mattress can also be measured by the weight of the unit. Luckily there are finely crafted horizontal handles to assist with occasionally rotate and turn (flip) the mattress. There are nickel vents added to the sides of the bed for added breathability.

The Brick range of mattresses are so firm that our company believes they are possibly the firmest mattresses on the market. Providing you with 2400 pocket springs, compared to the industry standard 1000-2000 (base springs) allows us to say this with confidence. If you are seeking a solid mattress base, but are worried that you would find the mattress too firm, then we’d recommend purchasing the to cushion the mattress but maintaining the support and great spine alignment that ‘The Brick’ is renowned for. All of our Weight Limits are per sleeper, a single bed assumes that there is 1 sleeper, a small double and over assumes 2 sleepers. If a bed that has a limit of 25 stone, any person who is over this weight would void the guarantee.
